Description

Enolmatic vacuum bottle filler for beer with stainless steel filling head – Tenco

Enolmatic from Tenco in Italy is a small-scale semi-automatic bottle filler with features similar to a professional filler. It is designed for bottling non-carbonated beer, and this version has a stainless steel filling head.

The bottles are filled by vacuum. When a bottle is placed under the machine, the vacuum in the bottle draws the beer straight from the tank, without the beer touching the pump or any other mechanical parts of the filler. This preserves the beer's character and quality and reduces the risk of oxidation.
