This is a pH 7.01 buffer solution for calibrating pH meters, in a 230 ml bottle. The buffer is laboratory grade and certified to an accuracy of ± 0.01 pH at 25 °C. A ready-made buffer removes the uncertainty of mixing your own solution from powder.
Calibrating a pH meter is easy and should be done at least once a month. For 2-point calibration, use it together with pH 4.01 buffer.

Why do I need both pH 4.01 and pH 7.01?
In 2-point calibration the meter uses two known values. With pH 4.01 and 7.01 you cover the range where mash and wort sit, around pH 5.2–5.6.
