34 mm Tri-Clamp x 1/2" BSP male – stainless steel adapter

An adapter in 304 stainless steel from 34 mm Tri-Clamp to 1/2" BSP male thread. It lets you connect equipment with 1/2" BSP female thread, such as valves and hose barbs, to a 34 mm Tri-Clamp connection. 34 mm Tri-Clamp is used on Brewtools, among others. The adapter is from Brumetal, Brewshop's own brand of 304 stainless steel parts.

What do I need to fit it?

On the Tri-Clamp side you need a 34 mm clamp and a 34 mm gasket. Seal the BSP threads with PTFE tape or thread sealant.

What is the difference between BSP and NPT?

BSP is British pipe thread and NPT is American. They have different thread profiles and do not fit together. If your equipment has NPT thread, choose the 34 mm Tri-Clamp x 1/2" NPT.
