Apollo 60L Unitank
Based on the 3rd generation of the original conical pressure tank Fermentasaurus from Keg King in Australia, the Apollo is the market's best and safest PET plastic Unitank.
Keg King manufactures its tanks in Springvale, Australia (not China!) using advanced PET technology and blow moulding machines, to offer a premium product with high safety. All Apollo PET tanks are pressure tested at 5 bar before leaving the factory and can withstand up to 8 bar.
Apollo is easy to use and allows the brewer to ferment, harvest yeast, clarify beer, and carbonate in one and the same tank, as well as transfer to kegs, bottles, or cans - without unnecessary oxygen exposure. You can also serve fully fermented and carbonated beer directly from the tank.
The fermentation tank comes complete with equipment for fermentation and transfer under pressure (max 2.4 bar), with the exception of a spunding valve (adjustable pressure relief valve). You can also ferment in the usual way without pressure - simply connect a ball lock quick disconnect to one of the ball lock valves for blow-off.

New unique features:
- New dump valve ("Plunger Valve") made of 304 stainless steel replaces the old butterfly valve for dumping yeast and hops. This valve is more sanitary, easy to use, and does not get stuck like a plastic butterfly valve can tend to do.
- Integrated thermowell gives you accurate measurement - right in the beer where it counts!
- New, centered floating dip tube
- Integrated port for dry hopping in the lid
- Compatible with 2" tri-clamp at the bottom
- Kit for temperature control (G3 Cooling Coil Kit) will be available as an accessory

- Pressure-rated polypropylene lid, with 304 stainless steel ball lock valves, and a 2.4 bar pressure relief valve.
- Floating dip tube
- Yeast collection bottle. Compatible with 1st generation bottles.
- Dimensions: 41cm diameter x 117.5cm height (including the top of the Plunger Valve with the valve open)
We recommend lubricating gaskets with Keg Lube.
IMPORTANT! The tank must not be exposed to hot liquid above 50°C. This can soften and deform the tank.
