The Napoleon roast and chicken rack is a reversible stainless steel rack. One way up it holds roasts and whole chicken so the heat circulates around all of the meat, and turned over it is used for spareribs. The Inkbird IBT-2X has two probes, so you can follow the core temperature of the chicken and the temperature inside the grill at the same time via the app on your phone. With the Traeger Silicone Basting Brush you brush on glaze and marinade without leaving bristles on the food.
