Craft Series Golden Lager with dry hops – extract kit from Mangrove Jack's
Golden Lager is a golden, crisp lager with notes of vanilla and red fruits and a refreshing, subtle bitterness. The kit is dry hopped with Liberty, which gives a mild, slightly spicy and floral character. The Craft Series extract kits from Mangrove Jack's contain liquid malt extract, dry yeast and, where applicable, dry hops.
To brew Golden Lager you also need 1.2 kg of liquid malt extract, also called Pure Malt Enhancer, to reach the intended alcohol content. Malt extract gives the beer better flavour, body and mouthfeel than sugar or dextrose. Priming sugar is not included.

If you are considering an extract kit, you should try a Fresh Wort Kit: 20 litres of ready-brewed, water-adjusted wort that you simply pour into the fermenter. It is easier, and the beer turns out much better.
