Fairytale Pils all-grain beer kit

In collaboration with Bonsak Gårdsmalteri, we present Fairytale Pils, an all-grain beer kit based on Fairytale Pils of Fairytale Munich from Bonsak Gårdsmalteri. The beer is fermented with NovaLager from Lallemand, which allows you to ferment a crisp and good pilsner at normal ale temperature, without the need for advanced temperature control.

Bonsak Gårdsmalteri produces high-quality malt from barley grown on their own farm in Skogn, Trøndelag. Bonsak combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to offer a unique quality product with local character. Through floor malting and the use of carefully selected barley varieties, aroma components are produced that open up entirely new taste experiences.

• Contents: Malted grain (4.95 kg), hops, yeast and brewing instructions
• Yields approx. 22 litres (24 litres for fermentation)
• OG 1.046
• FG 1.008
• EBC 8.5
• IBU 28
• ABV 5.0%
• Yeast: 1 x LalBrew NovaLager dry
• Fermentation: 14 days at 18°C

Sugar for carbonation, fining agent, and any yeast nutrient are not included in the kits.

For quality and shelf-life reasons, the malt is unmilled. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a malt mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients for brew day. Freshly milled malt at home is fantastic!
