Fermoale New-E from AEB Brewing is a specialized dry yeast for American East Coast beer styles, including New England IPA (NEIPA), Hazy IPA, juicy pale ales, and pastry stouts.
The yeast is formulated to intensify hop-driven fruit aromas, with distinct notes of mango, passion fruit, guava, grapefruit, orange, and lime. It provides a soft and full mouthfeel by retaining residual sugar and producing moderate alcohol, which together give the beer a round and juicy character.
With medium attenuation and low flocculation, this is an ideal yeast for brewers who want hazy beers with high aromatic expression and characteristic NEIPA texture. The yeast has high ester production and low sulfur content, which provides a fruity and clean profile without phenols.
