Description
Borosilicate bottle
Laboratory bottle made of 3.3 borosilicate glass. Max temperature 140℃.
Rehydrating dry yeast:
Sanitise the bottle and lid in boiling water.
Then boil water and let it cool to approx. 30℃. You should have approx. 10 x water relative to the amount of yeast (e.g., for 10g yeast, you should have approx. 100ml water).
Sprinkle the yeast over, and loosely place the lid on. Let stand until the yeast has dissolved, gently swirl the bottle (do not shake vigorously). You can now pitch the yeast into the fermentation vessel.
