Grainfather G40 fully automatic brewing system
The Grainfather G40 has a larger capacity than the G30 and wireless WIFI control with the Grainfather app. With this system, you can brew up to 40 litres of beer per batch. It has a total volume of 46 litres and takes up to 13 kg of grain. The G40 comes with a powerful counterflow chiller that cools the wort quickly and efficiently while pumping it into the fermenter.

Steam condenser for the Grainfather G40
We have developed our own steam condenser for the Grainfather G40 and G70, which lets you brew indoors without steam causing problems for walls and ceilings when you do not have a powerful enough extractor.

How much beer can I brew with the Grainfather G40?
Batch volume ranges from 10 to 40 litres, and the total volume is 46 litres. The system therefore suits both normal batches of around 20–25 litres and double batches.
How much grain does the G40 take?
Grain capacity ranges from 3 to 13 kg. Leaving some headroom below the maximum gives better recirculation and sparging.
Is the counterflow chiller included?
Yes. The counterflow chiller, glass lid, grain basket, recirculation hose, hop filter and water connections are included.
What is the difference between the G40 and the G30?
The G40 takes up to 40 litres per batch and 13 kg of grain, compared with 30 litres and 8 kg in the G30v3. The G40 has a WIFI controller and a conical base, while the G30v3 is controlled over Bluetooth.
