Grainfather G70 v2
The Grainfather G70 v2 is the updated version of the popular G70 brewing machine from Grainfather, which brewers can enjoy. This is a machine of robust build quality, with a massive 70 liters pre-boil volume for 60 liters to fermentation. It's not just a larger version of the original Grainfather Connect 30L, but a completely new design and features for brewers of all levels.
New with G70v2:
- Perforated malt pipe with no need for a top plate or central tube, providing an improved brewing experience.
- Integrated sight glass in the recirculation arm.
A brewing machine with precise temperature control
The Grainfather G70v2 is programmable and PID-controlled for precise temperature control. The controller comes with WIFI, which offers better stability than Bluetooth. The machine can be set up so that the mash water is warm when you come home from work.
The heating element is large, covering approximately 80% of the surface to provide the most efficient and even heat distribution possible, which further reduces the risk of scorching. The base itself has a 15-degree angle and a centered bottom drain. The base is designed so that you can brew with a lot of hops without needing an additional hop filter. You won't notice any sluggishness in the pump when using, for example, 1kg of hops. The machine comes with sturdy handles and a lifting pole, with an attachment for an optional lifting winch.
Fast cooling and cleaning
The Grainfather G70v2 comes with a powerful counter-flow chiller and pump, which, together with the performance of 2-stage filters, provides just as rapid cooling of all the wort as in the smaller Grainfather G30. The unit comes with an integrated sight glass, marked in both liters and gallons, making it easy to see the volume and eliminating the need to calculate mash and sparge water.
The manufacturer has also listened to customers and included a ball valve that makes it quick and easy to empty the machine after cleaning.
Cleaning the brewing machine is very simple and efficient with a clean in place (CIP) system, which uses the pump and cleaning arm.
Comes with sturdy handles, dust protection, and adapters for connecting to the water supply.
