The PEW20 is a practical and efficient hydraulic fruit press that uses water pressure to press fruit and berries without electricity or heavy manual labor. It is particularly well-suited for cold pressing grapes, apples, pomegranates, berries, and some vegetables – ideal for producing must, cider, and raw juice with maximum preservation of flavor and nutritional content.

The press holds up to 20 liters and is the smallest model in the series featuring pneumatic technology. When the container is filled with water, a natural rubber membrane inflates and gently and evenly presses the fruit against the inside of the basket. This method ensures a high yield without damaging the natural antioxidants and enzymes in the fruit.

The PEW20 is equipped with a canvas cloth that filters the juice and prevents the pulp from clogging the holes in the press. Any spills are collected in the included collection bag. The press is made of stainless steel, with a lid and base made of aluminum. The safety valve ensures that the maximum pressure never exceeds 3 bar.
