Description
Hallertau Mittelfrüh hop pellets 5 kg – classic German aroma hop for lager
Hallertau Mittelfrüh is the land variety of the Hallertau in Germany, a classic aroma hop with low bitterness and a fine balance of floral, spicy and herbal aromas. The variety nearly disappeared because of wilt, but made a comeback thanks to strong demand and virus-free plants. It is mainly used in pilsner, helles, Kölsch and other traditional German beer styles. The 5 kg pack suits breweries and large batches.

Stored this way they keep for a long time, including hops from earlier harvests. Once opened, divide the hops into airtight bags, ideally vacuum-sealed, and return them to the freezer.
