Hogna Brygg Kyoto All-Grain Beer Kit
In collaboration with Hogna Brygg, we have created an all-grain kit for homebrewers who want to brew Kyoto Ginger Ale, a true ginger beer with ample amounts of ginger.
Please note that 740g of fresh ginger (to be grated) and 11g of fresh habanero (to be sliced) are not included and must be purchased separately.

- Contents: Malted grain (4.9 kg), hops, yeast, and brewing instructions
- Yields approximately 23 liters (29 liters pre-boil, approximately 25 liters for fermentation)
- OG: 1.050
- FG: 1.015
- EBC 32
- IBU 13
- ABV 4.5%
- Fermentation: 14 days at 18°C
- Yeast: US-05
Sugar for carbonation, fining agents, and any yeast nutrient are not included in the kits.
For quality and shelf life, the malt is unmilled. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a grain mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients on brewing day. Fresh home-milled malt is fantastic!
