American ale yeast strain that produces a neutral and well-balanced beer, clean and crisp. Forms a firm head and has a very good ability to remain in suspension during fermentation. Ideal for American beer styles and highly hopped beers. Based on a highly recognized yeast strain, from which WLP001 and Wyeast 1056 also originate.
