The Inkbird IHT-1P is an accurate, fast digital thermometer with a folding probe and a 3–5 second response time. It has a hold function, automatic on/off and a magnet on the back so you can hang it up. The battery is charged with the included USB cable. The thermometer is handy for checking mash temperature on brew day.
