Fermentation temperature control
Inkbird is particularly known for user-friendly plug and play products that make temperature control easy without complex setup. The ITC-308 has one temperature probe and dual relay outputs, so it switches both heating and cooling automatically to hold your set temperature. You can also adjust the temperature during fermentation for a diacetyl rest and cold crash.
The WiFi version of the ITC-308 lets you monitor and adjust fermentation from your phone, wherever you are.
The ITC-1000 is a two-stage controller that heats and cools through two separate relay outputs. It comes in 220 V and 12 V versions and switches between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
Thermometers for brewing, cooking and BBQ
IHT-1P – waterproof digital thermometer (IPX5) from −50 to +300 °C, with 0.1 °C resolution, ±1 °C accuracy and a rechargeable battery.
INK-IFT01 – infrared thermometer with laser, up to 550 °C.
IBT-2X – meat thermometer with two probes, Bluetooth with 50 metre range and eight preset programmes for grilled food.
INT-11P-B – Bluetooth meat thermometer.

What is the difference between the ITC-308 and ITC-1000?
The ITC-308 is plug and play: you plug your fridge or heater straight into the controller. The ITC-1000 is a controller with two relay outputs for 220 V or 12 V, meant for building into your own setup.
Can the ITC-308 control both a fridge and a heat mat?
Yes. The ITC-308 has dual relay outputs and switches heating or cooling on automatically, so fermentation stays at the temperature you have set.
Which Inkbird thermometer suits the grill?
The IBT-2X has two probes and Bluetooth. For more probes or WiFi monitoring, the IBBQ-4T and INT-14-BW have four probes each.
Can I control humidity with Inkbird?
Yes. The IHC-200 controls humidity to the value you set, switches automatically between humidifying and dehumidifying, and alarms when humidity is too high or too low.
