Dark Belgian candi sugar in whole pieces, supplied in a 25 kg sack. The sugar is made by Belgosuc in Belgium and supplied by Castle Malting. Candi sugar adds fermentable sugar and colour, and is used especially in Belgian beer styles.
The sack is intended for breweries and professional customers.
