Kinn Vestkyst Indiaøl all-grain beer kit – a hop-forward American IPA
This all-grain beer kit was created together with Kinn Bryggeri in Florø, Norway, for homebrewers who want to brew Vestkyst Amerikansk Indiaøl. Vestkyst is a heavily hopped beer with 81.5 IBU and 7% ABV.
The malt bill of pale ale malt and two types of caramel malt balances the hops. All hops are added in the last half hour of the boil, and the beer is also dry-hopped for 9 days, which lifts both flavour and aroma.

Why is the malt unmilled?
Once malt is milled, it starts to oxidise and lose flavour and aroma. Brewshop therefore stores the malt unmilled and only mills it when you choose milled malt at checkout. With your own grain mill, you can mill the malt just before brewing.
