Description

LalBrew Aurora Northern IPA Yeast 500g – cold-fermenting ale yeast for modern IPA

LalBrew Aurora is the first yeast in Lallemand's Limited Release Series. The strain comes from Lallemand's yeast bank and was selected for strong fermentation performance and a clean, fruity aroma. Aurora thrives at lower fermentation temperatures and gives beers with a floral, fruity character and a clean, crisp finish.

Please note: This product is only available in Norway.

The yeast is well suited to Northern IPA, Cold IPA, Session IPA and Double IPA, where you want clear hop aroma and high drinkability. Aurora takes the cleanness and bitterness of West Coast IPA and the fruitiness and body of East Coast IPA. The 500 g pack is intended for breweries.
