When do I need the coarse mesh disc?
When circulation through the malt pipe is too slow with the fine mesh plate on the Yield Increase Disc, for example with finely crushed malt or a lot of oats and wheat. The coarser disc lets the wort through more easily.
Is this a complete Yield Increase Disc?
No. This is an accessory, just the coarse mesh disc. The Yield Increase Disc BM50 itself is sold separately.
