Fruits Rouges & Co fruit purees are pasteurized and can be poured directly into fermentation vessels.
All selected fruits meet Fruits Rouges & Co's strict requirements concerning their specifications, including brix values, size, color, and pesticide residues. To offer consistent quality, the final product is inspected at the end of the production run and undergoes a series of taste tests to ensure a taste and color identical to fresh fruit.

Unopened packaging can be stored at room temperature, but 15°C or lower is recommended.
