The yeast accelerates fermentation, allows dry hopping at 15-25°C, and thrives at high temperatures, shortening fermentation and conditioning times. The tolerance for higher temperatures not only allows brewers to significantly shorten fermentation and conditioning times but also reduces energy costs associated with cooling - without compromising the quality and flavor profiles of hop-rich beers.
