When the mash is finished, you lift the bag out and the wort stays in the kettle, ready for the boil. The drawstring makes it easy to secure the bag around the rim of the kettle and to lift it out.

What is Brew In A Bag?
A simple all-grain method where the grain is mashed in a bag in the kettle. You do not need a separate mash tun, and the bag is lifted out when the mash is finished.
Which size should I choose?
Choose according to your kettle. The bag should cover the inside of the kettle and reach over the rim, so you can secure it with the drawstring. The mash bag is also available in 61 x 61 cm and 74 x 74 cm.
How fine should the grain be crushed for BIAB?
BIAB handles a finer crush than most brewing systems, because the bag holds back the husks.
