Monster Mill MM2-Pro HT Malt Mill
The Monster Mill MM2-Pro kit consists of the MM2-Pro HT malt mill, base, hopper, blade feeler, and oil.
This malt mill is a powerful upgrade to the already popular MM-2 malt mill and is the largest 2-roller malt mill from Monster Brewing Hardware.
The Pro model features upgraded 2" (5.1cm) diameter rollers made of heat-treated, hardened steel, and a 1/2" drive shaft as standard. A superior quality steel (1144 alloy) is used, which is much harder than what is found in most comparable products, and the rollers are then induction hardened so that they will last 10 times longer than comparable products made of ordinary steel/stainless steel. The drive shaft and all shafts are integrated with the roller instead of being screwed into the ends. This makes it easy to run the mill clockwise or counter-clockwise.
This malt mill is suitable for commercial use in smaller craft breweries or for homebrewers who want the best.
Should be powered by a sturdy electric drill. The rollers are continuously adjustable to the desired grind size.
Well-suited for demanding homebrewers.
