PBW 1.8kg Brewery Equipment Cleaner
PBW is a powerful alkaline, non-caustic, and environmentally friendly cleaner for brewery equipment, effectively removing organic material/protein residues from brewing equipment, fermenters, etc. Used by both commercial breweries and homebrewers.
Safe to use on stainless steel, rubber, plastic, and soft metals such as copper, aluminum, and brass. Do not use on Teflon. Generates 4-5% oxygen.
Dosage, hot water:
- Normal cleaning: 7 - 14 g per liter of water
- For difficult stains: 21 g per liter of water
Rinse after use. Then disinfect the equipment with a disinfectant, such as Star San.
