PBW Liquid from Five Star Chemicals is a cleaner for the beverage and food industries. It offers the proven cleaning power of regular PBW in liquid form. PBW Liquid mixes quickly into water, even at lower temperatures, and suits set-ups where the cleaning solution is pumped around, such as CIP cleaning of tanks.
Like regular PBW, this is a cleaner. Rinse the equipment after cleaning and then sanitize it.

How to use PBW Liquid
- Add 7.5–15 ml per litre of water
- Scrub or soak for 25–30 minutes. The colder the solution, the longer the contact time needed
- Then rinse with water of the same temperature

What is the difference between PBW Liquid and regular PBW?
The cleaning power is the same, but PBW Liquid is a liquid and mixes faster into water, including colder water. That makes it practical for CIP and other set-ups where the solution is pumped around.
How much PBW Liquid should I use?
Use 7.5–15 ml per litre of water. Scrub or soak for 25–30 minutes, and give colder solutions more time.
Can PBW Liquid be used in cold water?
Yes. It mixes in water from 10 to 77 °C, but the contact time must be increased when the solution is cold.
