Pliny the Clone Double IPA all-grain beer kit
Pliny the Clone is an all-grain beer kit that clones Pliny the Elder, the iconic beer from Russian River Brewing Company in the USA that has achieved cult status in the beer world. It is a well-balanced and intense Double IPA with high bitterness, a powerful hop aroma of citrus and pine, and a dry finish. Amarillo, Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe give a fruity and floral hop profile.
Enjoy it fresh. Hop-driven beer is a fresh product, and the aroma is at its best in the first few weeks.

Unmilled malt
For quality and shelf life, the malt is supplied unmilled. Once malt is milled, it starts to oxidise and lose flavour and aroma. If you do not already have a grain mill, we recommend getting one so you can mill the malt just before brewing.
