Propper Seltzer from Omega Yeast is a yeast nutrient made to make brewing hard seltzer as simple and efficient as possible. A sugar solution lacks the nutrients yeast needs. Propper Seltzer gives the yeast good conditions, so you can focus on the flavours without worrying about fermentation problems.
One 28 g pack is designed for 5 gallons (about 19 litres) of sugar-based wort with an OG of up to 1.060 (15 °P). For the fastest results, Omega Yeast recommends a kveik strain such as Lutra Kveik, which gives a clean, fast fermentation.
