Propper Seltzer 28g - Yeast Nutrient for Hard Seltzer

Propper Seltzer from Omega Yeast was developed to make brewing hard seltzer as simple and efficient as possible. This nutrient ensures optimal conditions for the yeast, allowing you to focus on creating exciting flavor variations without worrying about fermentation problems.

For the fastest possible results, Omega Yeast recommends using your favorite Kveik strain, such as Lutra Kveik, which provides clean and fast fermentation.

For homebrewing, one 28-gram pack is designed for 5 gallons (approx. 19 liters) of sugar-based wort with an OG of up to 1.060 (15ºP). This ensures reliable fermentation and a perfect result every time.
