How to use E-30

Fermentis recommends 80–120 g of yeast per 100 litres of wort. For 20 litres that is 16–24 g, or two sachets. You can sprinkle the yeast directly onto the wort, or rehydrate it first: sprinkle the yeast into at least ten times its weight of sterile water at 21–25 °C, leave to rest for 15–30 minutes, stir gently and pitch.

Store unopened yeast dry and away from sunlight. It tolerates room temperature for under 6 months, but should be kept below 15 °C for longer storage.
