Servomyces Yeast Nutrient 10g

Servomyces is a natural zinc-enriched, single yeast strain (from the renowned Hefebank Weihenstephan) used as a biological yeast nutrient.
Servomyces enables any yeast strain to absorb essential nutrients into its own cell structure, while also providing a high concentration of zinc – a fundamental element for healthy alcohol fermentation.

The product has been tested in breweries worldwide and has been shown to:

• Reduce fermentation time
• Increase flocculation ability
• Significantly reduce unwanted sulfur notes
• Improve yeast health and viability
• Reduce diacetyl levels at the end of primary fermentation
• Provide faster and more complete fermentation
• Increase yeast production for better harvesting
• Improve the quality of the finished beer

Dosage

• 1 g Servomyces is used per 100 liters of wort during fermentation
• 2 g Servomyces is used per 100 liters of wort during propagation (yeast starter)
• Practical trials have shown that Servomyces should be added approximately ten minutes before the end of the boil in the brew kettle.
