The Simply Adventure Pale Ale starter set with Adventure Pale Ale 20L Fresh Wort Kit gives you everything you need to get started with real craft beer at home, including pre-adjusted wort brewed by Amundsen Brewery.

In this package, you get Adventure Pale Ale, a classic American pale ale inspired by the legendary Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. This is a fruity, balanced, and easy-drinking pale ale with a distinct hop character from Cascade, providing aromas of citrus, pine, and classic American craft beer.

The wort is delivered pre-brewed, water-adjusted, and ready for fermentation in a 20L Bag-in-Box. It is hopped with Magnum and Cascade, and Cascade dry hops, US-05 dry yeast, and instructions are included, so you can get started right away.

Brew day itself only takes a few minutes. You sanitize the equipment, transfer the wort to the fermenter, and add the yeast. After about 14 days of fermentation, the beer is transferred directly to the keg and carbonated with CO₂. You can choose a slow carbonation over approximately one week, or force carbonate and serve the same day if you wish.

The set is built with solid quality components, including Cornelius kegs from AEB and a CO₂ regulator from Oxyturbo, as well as everything you need for cleaning, fermentation, bottling, and serving.
