The wort is delivered pre-brewed, water-adjusted, and ready for fermentation in a 20L Bag-in-Box. Yeast and instructions are included, so you can quickly get started without mashing, boiling, or water adjustment.

Austmann Christmas Beer Special Fresh Wort Kit gives you the opportunity to brew a true Christmas beer with Austmann's renowned flavor quality. This is a special version of Austmann's classic Christmas beer with a bit more malt, a slightly higher alcohol content, a bit more flavor, and a bit more Christmas, but without the distinct spice addition.
If desired, you can, of course, experiment with your own taste preferences and additions, such as spices or fruit, to create a personal Christmas touch.
The beer is perfect for good Christmas food, long winter evenings, and is otherwise a great companion for both everyday enjoyment and special occasions during the cold season.
In all our Fresh Wort Kits, the wort is carefully water-adjusted to refine flavor and aroma and form the basis for optimal fermentation conditions, and yeast nutrient and fining agent are added. You do not need to add any water yourself, as you receive 20 liters of professional-quality finished wort.

The fresh wort kit contains 20 liters of water-adjusted wort, professionally brewed by Austmann Bryggeri, one of Norway's leading microbreweries. With the goal of providing our customers with the absolute highest quality to produce a perfect craft beer at home, the wort is filled into Bag-in-Box using a high-tech filling machine. The bag is then flushed with nitrogen to ensure minimal oxygen in the wort.
The wort is 100% ready to use, and both fining agent and yeast nutrient are added during the boil. This is not a semi-finished product, and you should not top up with water. Just pitch the yeast and follow the instructions.

Next time you brew, you only need to buy a new fresh wort kit. You can also use the equipment later for other types of kits, such as hard seltzer or cider.
