Description
Small shovel to create a powerful whirlpool in a short time and effortlessly using a drill or screwdriver for must quantities up to 50 liters. For larger quantities, refer to the large shovel.
The 60 cm long shaft is 10 mm in diameter, made of solid AISI304 stainless steel. The three 20/10 thick blades, 9 cm wide, are made of Inox AISI 304 and welded to the shaft at 120° to each other, with a special shape that does not disturb the bottom and prevents splashing during the extraction phase. Thanks to having three blades instead of two, the entire assembly is balanced, also facilitating its maintenance in the center of the pot.
Surface Finish Electro-polished, mirror, electro-pickled, passivated.
Once the paddle has been inserted, gradually start the drill, maintaining speed with the regulator, and when the must has reached peripheral speed, slowly pull out the paddle while maintaining a constant speed. Thanks to the teardrop shape of the blades, you will not have splashes upon exit.
