Space Monkey Oatmeal Stout All-Grain Beer Kit

Introducing Space Monkey, a classic and true-to-style Oatmeal Stout based on a recipe from Skamlaust Bryggeri. A perfectly balanced stout with a rich, creamy character.

The beer is best enjoyed at room temperature.

  • Contents: Malted grain (6kg), hops, yeast, and brewing instructions
  • Volume before boil 28L
  • Volume after boil approx. 25L
  • OG 1.057
  • FG 1.015
  • EBC 96.5
  • IBU 34
  • ABV 5.7%
  • Yeast: 2x S-04
  • Fermentation: 2 weeks at 20°C

Sugar for carbonation, fining agent and possibly yeast nutrient are not included in the kits.

For quality and shelf life, the malt is unmilled. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a grain mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients for your brew day. Freshly home-milled malt is fantastic!
