Description

Sparkling Steel Dortmunder Export All-Grain Beer Kit

All our all-grain beer kits from Brewolution contain malt, hops, yeast and optionally sugar and spices for a brew of 23-25 litres.

  • Contents: Malt (5.95kg), hops, yeast, wort clarifier (fining agent) and brewing instructions
  • Yields 23-25 litres
  • EBC 10
  • IBU 24
  • ABV 5.2%
  • Fermentation: 21 days at 10-15°C

Sugar for carbonation is not included in the kits.

For quality and shelf life, the malt is unmilled. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a grain mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients on brew day. Freshly milled malt at home is fantastic!
