Water Adjustment Starter Kit
Brewers in Norway are lucky with their water. By that, we mean we're lucky we don't have to remove substances from the water. Therefore, we have a great starting point, as it's enough to simply add salts to adjust it to get a perfect base for brewing.
Depending on the type of beer to be brewed, the pH should be adjusted and salts added to achieve the desired taste. Remember that water is beer's most important ingredient!
Our complete kit for adjusting brewing water contains:
- High-quality pH54 pH meter from Milwaukee
- MA9015 electrolyte solution for storing the pH electrode
- Calcium Sulfate 100g
- Calcium Chloride 50g
- Calcium Carbonate 50g
- Magnesium Sulfate 100g
- Sodium Bicarbonate 50g
- Lactic Acid 100ml
