Total Eclipse Easter beer all-grain beer kit
Total Eclipse is a refreshing Easter and spring beer with a sparkling yellow colour and a beautiful white head. It is a single hop ale with the exciting Australian hop Eclipse, which adds notes of mandarin, citrus and fresh pine needles to the beer.
The Eclipse hop is in focus, so the beer has a relatively neutral malt base. The body has substance without becoming too heavy. The well-balanced flavour and body make it perfect for almost any occasion and dish. A truly refreshing beer that spreads spring spirit and joy of life.

Fresh malt for brew day
For quality and shelf life, the malt is uncrushed. If you do not already have one, we recommend investing in a grain mill so you have fresh ingredients on brew day. Freshly crushed malt gives the best result.

Which hop is used in Total Eclipse?
Total Eclipse is a single hop ale with the Australian hop Eclipse. It gives notes of mandarin, citrus and fresh pine needles, and the malt base is kept relatively neutral so the hop comes through clearly.
How much beer does the kit make, and how strong is it?
The kit makes 23–25 litres of beer. With OG 1.058 and FG 1.014 the beer ends up at around 5.9% ABV, with 41 IBU and a pale colour of 10 EBC.
What temperature should the beer ferment at?
The beer ferments for 14 days at 18–22 °C. Check with a hydrometer before packaging so you know fermentation is finished.
What else do I need?
An all-grain kit is for brewers who mash and boil themselves, for example in an all-in-one brewing system. Priming sugar is not included, and if you do not have a grain mill you should get one or choose crushed malt.
