Description

Campden 1kg (Potassium Metabisulphite)

Dosage: Wort/must/wine 1g per 10 liters
For equipment: 1-2g Campden + 0.5g citric acid per liter of water.

NB! Always use Campden together with acid when sanitizing equipment.
