WLN2000 FANMax Bio Yeast Nutrient - White Labs
This proprietary blend of nutrients is optimized for good soluble nitrogen in your fermentations. This product contains peptone and yeast extract which provide essential fatty acids, free amino nitrogen, nucleic acids, vitamins, and minerals to your yeast.
A very good yeast nutrient for beer, mead, cider, kombucha, hard seltzer, and yeast propagation.
It is 100% free of diammonium phosphate (DAP) and contains no inorganic nitrogen sources. Instead of using diammonium phosphate (DAP), which is a common but synthetic source of nitrogen, this nutrient offers a more natural approach by using organic nitrogen sources. This ensures that the yeast gets what it needs to ferment efficiently, while helping to avoid unwanted flavors or ammonia content in the finished mead.
