WLP066 London Fog Ale Yeast - PurePitch Next Generation

This is the best yeast strain for New England-style IPAs. It produces a medium ester profile similar to WLP008 East Coast Ale Yeast. It leaves a little residual sweetness, helping to highlight both malt and hop flavors and aromas, while maintaining a velvety mouthfeel.
