WLP400 Belgian Wit Ale Yeast - PurePitch Next Generation
This yeast strain is the perfect yeast for Belgian Witbiers or White Ales. High phenolic production contributes a spicy aroma and flavor notes that blend well with herb and fruit additions. Expect almost 80% attenuation and a slightly lower resulting pH than English or American ale strains, creating a dry beer.
