SafAle WB-06 is a versatile yeast strain that can produce a variety of characteristics depending on the conditions used, including a pronounced phenolic and esteric profile with notes of banana and apple, culminating in a typical dry finish.
It is suitable for both German and Belgian wheat beers, often producing highly attenuated, dry beers with a hint of acidity and crispness.
