The YAKINIKU LARGE Kamado Complete is a versatile and powerful charcoal grill for those who want to grill, smoke and bake at home. The 49 cm grilling surface gives plenty of room for several dishes at once, for the family as well as larger gatherings.
The package includes a stand, side tables and a pro set. The pro set consists of a multilevel lift, half-moon grates and heat deflectors, so you can combine direct and indirect heat and grill, sear and finish cooking at the same time.
The kamado is built from extra-thick ceramic combined with cordierite, which insulates well and withstands all weather conditions. Details in 304 stainless steel give a long service life and good resistance to heat and wear.
The adjustable daisy wheel vent and the bottom air intake let you control the temperature. An integrated opening for a woodchipper lets you add smoke without opening the lid and losing heat. The woodchipper is sold separately.
YAKINIKU means "grilled meat" and has its roots in Japanese grilling culture. The kamado suits everything from meat and fish to pizza and slow-cooked BBQ.

The grilling surface is 49 cm in diameter. If you need more space, Yakiniku is also available in XLarge (56 cm) and XXLarge (61 cm).

Can I smoke food in the kamado?
