SafLager S-23 100 g – dry yeast for fruity lager
SafLager S-23 from Fermentis is a bottom-fermenting yeast strain originating from Berlin, Germany. It is used by commercial breweries in Western Europe and recommended for fruitier lagers with more esters. The yeast's profile gives a beer with good length of flavour. The 100 g pack suits you if you brew several batches or larger volumes.

How to use S-23
The yeast can be sprinkled directly onto the wort, or rehydrated first in at least ten times its own weight of sterile water or boiled and hopped wort at 15–25 °C. Leave it for 15–30 minutes, stir gently and add it to the wort. Reseal an opened pack, keep it at 4 °C and use it within 7 days.
