7 Fjell Fløien IPA All-Grain Beer Kit
In collaboration with 7 Fjell Bryggeri in Bergen, we have created an all-grain kit for the homebrewer who wants to brew Fløien IPA.
Details:
- Contents: Malted grain (6.5 kg), hops, yeast and brewing instructions
- Yields 21-22 liters (25 liters for fermentation)
- OG 1.064
- FG 1.012
- EBC 16
- IBU 75
- ABV 6.8%
- Fermentation: 14 days at 18-20°C
- Yeast: 2 x S-04 dry
Sugar for carbonation, fining agents, and any yeast nutrient are not included in the kits.
For quality and shelf life, the malt is unmilled. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a grain mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients for your brew day. Freshly milled malt at home is fantastic!
