7 Fjell Tjommi Pale Ale all-grain beer kit

In collaboration with 7 Fjell Brewery in Bergen, we have created an all-grain kit for homebrewers who want to brew Tjommi Pale Ale. A very good pale ale that pairs well with most dishes or can be enjoyed on its own.

Details:

• Contents: Malted grain (6.38 kg), hops, yeast, and brewing instructions
• Yields approximately 21-22 liters (25 liters for fermentation)
• OG: 1.061
• FG: 1.016
• EBC 17
• IBU 44
• ABV 6 %
• Fermentation: 10-14 days at 18-19°C
• Yeast: 2 x US-05 dry

Sugar for carbonation, fining agents, and optional yeast nutrient are not included in the kits.

For quality and shelf-life reasons, the malt is uncrushed. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a grain mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients for your brew day. Freshly home-milled malt is fantastic!
