Description

Belgian Wit M21 – Mangrove Jack's dry yeast for witbier and spiced beers

Belgian Wit M21 is a traditional top-fermenting yeast from Mangrove Jack's. It gives a good balance between fruity esters and warming spicy phenolics, and leaves some sweetness in the beer. The beer will drop bright if left long enough.

Please note: This product is only available in Norway.

The yeast suits witbier, Grand Cru, spiced ales and other specialty beers. It is not recommended for high-alcohol beers. The 10 g sachet is sprinkled directly onto the wort and is enough for up to 23 litres.
