Brewster Beacon 40L Brewing Machine
We have conducted our own test of the machine and are impressed by how good the temperature control is for such an affordable machine. At 60°C and 65°C, we measured only 0.2°C deviation, and at 67°C, we measured 0.4°C deviation. Controlling the mash temperature is paramount to hitting the Specific Gravity according to the recipe, and this machine does the job brilliantly!
