E.C. Dahls G.O.D.S. NEIPA All-Grain Beer Kit

In collaboration with E.C. Dahls Brewery, we have created an all-grain kit for homebrewers who want to brew the juicy NEIPA, G.O.D.S NEIPA. This beer was brewed with the legendary hip-hop band Gode Ord Dør Sist (G.O.D.S.), who have toured Norway for 20 years, with some detours to Germany and New York. Either as the main act or as support for Public Enemy, members of Wu-Tang, Xzibit, Beatnuts, Sage Francis, and Tha Alkaholiks. G.O.D.S. released the LP "Gode Ord Dør Sist" in 2009, and released "Svart Jord" in 2012. In addition, they have contributed to a multitude of albums, compilations, and mixtapes.

• Contents: Malted grain (6.6 kg), hops, yeast, and brewing instructions
• Yields approx. 21-22 liters (29 liters pre-boil, approx. 24.5 liters for fermentation)
• OG: 1.068
• FG: 1.011
• EBC 9.5
• IBU 40.2
• ABV 7.6%
• Fermentation: 14 days at 18-20°C
• Yeast: 2 x US-05 dry
• Water adjustment: It is recommended to add calcium chloride to the mash water.

Sugar for carbonation, fining agents, and any yeast nutrients are not included in the kits.

For quality and shelf life, the malt is unmilled. If you don't already have one, we recommend investing in a grain mill to ensure 100% fresh ingredients for brew day. Fresh home-milled malt is fantastic!
